Kaluga Queen Caviars have changed the modern history of Caviar by the introduction of a new type of caviar, the hybrid of Beluga and Amur River Sturgeons (Huso Dauricus x Acipenser Schrenkii).
They produce for their own brand, but also supply many brands all around the world (The Kristal and Amurski by example are Kaluga’s eggs). In the end, everything resides in the selection of the eggs and the maturation process.
Place in the coldest part of your fridge. Stored properly, this caviar will maintain its freshness for at most 3 months. Once the tin is opened, it is suggested to be consumed within 48 hours.
