Crisp, smooth and refreshing. A perfect drink on a hot summer day. Made of 100% German barley, this beer is the Brewery’s take on Munich-style helles which is a yellow beer brewed using cool fermentation with a lager yeast. This beer exudes a golden color, full bodied and rounder than a light lager. A hint of sweetness is tasted, which perfectly balances its light bitter notes. Breadier, maltier and retains the crispiness of a lager without the spicy hops you find in a pilsner.

Pairings

Sit back relax and pop open a bottle as you feast on your backyard grilled food. Works beautifully with some grill roasted Gigot or leg of suckling lamb marinated in your favorite spices and some mashed potatoes made from Ratte Grenaille Potatoes.
