Mitchell’s Backyard Brewery Honey Wheat Ale is a refreshing american wheat ale with a balanced bitterness that makes for a clean finish.

Pouring a beautiful golden-caramel colour with a decent white head and minimal lacing, the aroma promises of sweet honey and wheat flavours. A sip of this ale delivers on the flavours of honey sans the sugary sweetness you’d expect. Instead, this beer tastes of the floral flavours of spiced honey on top of yeasty, wheat notes typical of american wheat ales.

A refreshing, medium-light beer that’s great for pairing or enjoyed as an after-dinner drink. Great with seafood, salads and pizzas, this Honey Wheat Ale is great for days you’d rather swap a bottle of beer for a glass of white wine.

Storage Instructions

Store beer bottles upright to prevent yeast rings from appearing. They must be kept in a cool, dark place at approximately 13°C. Don’t allow beer to be caught in bright light for long periods of time to prevent it from attaining a “skunky” taste. It is recommended to place your beers in the chiller before serving or drinking. These beers are best enjoyed cold. Consume within 6 months.
