Tasting Notes For The Curator
This 2016 Heritage Reserve Chardonnay opens with floral aromas of orange blossom and green fig with herbaceous undertones. Tropical flavors of papaya and mango blend with luscious vanilla and a touch of lemongrass, leading to a round mouth feel and well balanced wine.
Pairings
Try this with steamed fish or shellfish accompanied by spring vegetables or a light crab salad. You may also pair it with crumbly cheeses like Halloumi and Feta as well as delicate buttery cheeses like Camembert, Burratina and Epoisses.

This 2016 Vintage Chardonnay has also won a number of awards and recognition, putting this gem at an elevated pedestal. Gold at San Diego International Wine & Spirits Challenge 2018, Gold at Sakura Japan Women’s Wine Awards 2018 and 91/100 points from Planet Grape for 2016.
Storage Instructions
Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
