The Vegan Super Berry Granola by Earth Desserts contains no animal byproducts like eggs and dairy. It’s zero cholesterol, and contains less bad fats and calories. It’s made with crunchy oats and pumpkin seeds, as well as delicious antioxidant fruits like raisins, dried blueberries, dried cranberries, and goji berries. It uses muscovado sugar and maple syrup for sweetener instead of refined sugars. Its flavor is amazing—the perfect balance between sweet and tart.
This granola is perfect for snacking! It’s so good, that you can have it at any time of the day. Have it for breakfast with some milk or yogurt, or as a pre/post-workout treat. You can also mix it up with fresh fruits, and have it as a guilt-free work snack.
Earth Desserts was founded by AV Gawtee, licensed Nutritionist-Dietician, in 2015. She began baking as a way to relieve stress, and was inspired to make alternative desserts because her father is diabetic and hypertensive. She experimented with different flavor combinations, making sure all of her bakes were not only healthy, but very tasty. Her mission is to give healthier alternatives to Filipinos while helping them realize that healthier desserts don’t mean sacrificing flavor or deliciousness.
All of Earth Desserts’ goodies are 100% vegan, containing no animal products or byproducts, like egg, butter, and dairy. It’s proudly Filipino, using many locally-sourced and organic ingredients. It seeks to challenge the misconception that vegan and plant-based food is boring and bland. Because something so good for your body can, in fact, also taste very good.
Your granola comes in a resealable bag. You may keep your granola there (make sure that it’s completely sealed with as much air removed as possible), or transfer your granola into a different airtight container. Place in a cool, dark, dry area, like the pantry, or a cupboard away from appliances. Consume within 3 months.
