The Granit 30 is made with 100% Syrah grapes from Domain Vincent Paris’ youngest vines, aged for 12 months. This deep red wine has a medium-full body, and an ABV of 14%. It exudes a bouquet of black fruit, olives, and spices. It’s fruity, peppery, and spicy on the palate, with notes of cherry and blueberry, and a long, impressive finish.
The Vincent Paris Granit 30 is great with red meats. Have it with some cured meats, a perfectly cooked steak, or a roast lamb. It’s also brilliant with barbecued meats, hamburgers, and tomato-based pasta.
One of Cornas’ fastest rising stars, Vincent Paris launched his estate as a vigneron in 1997 on only one hectare. He planted vines in St. Joseph and Cornas, and in 2007, was able to purchase the plots in La Geynale, which is filled with century-old vines. Today, he owns eight hectares, and with his exceptional wines, is quickly becoming a major name in Cornas and the viticulture world.
Store unopened red wines in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 16 to 18°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
