Capfruit Lime Frozen Fruit Puree
Zesty and bright
Tart and sweet, the Capfruit Lime Frozen Fruit Puree is convenient and practical, and will be a staple in your baking and cooking ingredients.
TASTING NOTES FROM THE CURATOR
Capfruit uses limes of the best quality, picked at their optimal ripeness. Round green citrus fruit, high in vitamin C and antioxidants, limes are tart and acidic—a sour flavor with a hint of sweetness. This puree has a bright, zesty flavor, and has no added sugars.
PREPARATION AND PAIRINGS
The Capfruit Lime Frozen Fruit Puree is perfect for making sorbets, ice creams, and frostings. Use it to flavor your tarts and pies. It’s a great alternative (quick and easy!) to fresh limes when you’re making cheesecakes and bars. It’s also so delicious with cocktails, like your classic margarita. Use it also for savory recipes, like glazes, marinades, sauces, and salad dressings.
SUPERIOR QUALITY FROM START TO FINISH
