Fentimans Premium Indian Tonic Water is a wonderful blend of juniper berries, kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass. It’s aroma has an unmistakable assertive citrus zing to it, that counters the dry cinchona bark (quinine). The taste is dry and crisp in nature and lemongrass is quite prominent.

Pairings

The Fentimans Premium Indian Tonic Water is best for juniper forward classic gins added with a citrus top note or garnish like orange peel or a slice of pink grapefruit.

Family Owned Since 1905

In 1905, Thomas Fentiman, an iron puddler from Cleckheaton, England was approached by a fellow tradesman for a loan. A deal was struck and a recipe for botanically brewed ginger beer was provided as security. The loan was never repaid so Thomas became the owner of the unique recipe.

What began for the family as a business of producing botanically brewed ginger beer became an empire 100 years later. To adapt to the demands of an ever changing world, Fentimans has been producing a variety of drinks including their famed tonic water lineup. Currently the business is still in the Fentimans family and is owned by the Eldon, the Great Grandson of Thomas Fentiman.

Though they have stayed loyal to tradition, there is one thing that has not changed: the superior quality, craftsmanship and unsurpassed flavour of every drink.
