These gins are all incredible to drink on their own. But their also brilliant to use for some delicious Gin & Tonics. Gin pairs well with smoked salmon, nuts, cured meats, cheeses, and pates. It’s also very good with Indian cuisine; the crispness of the gin cuts through the spice wonderfully.
Chase Distillery was established by William Chase in his home of Herefordshire. He had been farming potatoes for 20 before then, and after great success with making chips, he decided to try his hand at vodka. The distillery was born in 2008, and began as a family business. Both his sons work on their farm, as well as the business side of things.
This independent British field-to-bottle distillery takes great pride in their award-winning gins and vodkas, made completely from scratch, and using potatoes and apples they themselves grow. This meticulousness and whole-hearted dedication for their craft is what has brought—and kept, them at the top of their game.
Store your bottle of gin upright in a cool, dark place, ideally between 13 and 16°C. Higher temperatures will affect its flavor and alter its taste. If you prefer to drink your gin cold all the time, you may keep it in the freezer, as its ABV percentage prevents it from freezing. Unopened bottles can last for an indefinite amount of time, but the closer you get to the bottom third of the bottle, please consume quickly to prevent oxidation and taste alteration.
