You can also bake it into cakes, pies, tarts, cookies, and bars. It’s also great to flavor ice creams and sorbets. If you’re into making confectionary, use it to make chocolate fillings, truffles, and candies. If you’d rather use it for savory dishes, it’s great for marinades, glazes and sauces. And yes, you can use it for your drinks! Try it in cocktails like whiskey highball, or classic sour, and in your smoothies and shakes.

Store your fruit puree in the freezer. When ready to use, defrost in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. Do not re-freeze; once defrosted, keep in the coldest part of your refrigerator (2 to 4C). Use within 15 days.
