This beautiful beluga has an smooth texture, a mild saltiness, and sweet taste. Eggs are slight grey, with a size of around 2mm.

Morvarid Ghorogh is the largest farm in Iran, implemented along the coast of the Caspian Sea. All their Beluga and Oscietra sturgeons are raised using the mythic water of the Caspian Sea.
