A true thirst-quencher, the Mitchell’s Backyard Kolsch Beer displays a clear straw color. it’s a light and crisp German-style beer with an ABV of 4.9%. It has a light-medium body with a delicate fruitiness.

It gives doughy, cherry aromas at first whiff, which get stronger as the beer settles. It has a balanced flavor from the hops, malts, and yeasts. The Kolsch Beer has a dry finish, and a long-lingering aftertaste with a delicate fruity flavor, bitterness, and minerality.

Storage Instructions

Store beer bottles upright to prevent yeast rings from appearing. They must be kept in a cool, dark place at approximately 13°C. Don’t allow beer to be caught in bright light for long periods of time to prevent it from attaining a “skunky” taste.
