The Kurīmu Yuzu Toasted Rice ice cream is a Limited Edition collaboration with Angelo Comsti, renowned food and travel writer, and cookbook author. As expected from Kurīmu, it’s smooth and creamy, and made with quality ingredients, and always freshly churned. The yuzu brings out a nice tartness and complexity that balances perfectly with earthy flavors of the toasted rice.
This delicious ice cream is great to enjoy on its own. You can also add a dollop of lemon curd to play with the tart flavors, or sprinkle some crushed nuts to complement the toasted rice.
Kurīmu only uses the best ingredients, and each tub of ice cream is carefully crafted. They toast and hand-pound black sesame seeds for their Black Sesame Ice Cream, and meticulously cook caramel and soy sauce together for their Shoyu Caramel. Kurīmu Ice Cream is freshly churned daily, and contains no preservatives. Keep it fresh by storing it at the back of your freezer (where it is coldest), and making sure the lid is tightly shut, to prevent moisture and other contaminants from getting in. It is best consumed within 2-3 months.
