The Kurīmu Strawberry Glow is a collaboration between Kurīmu and multinational cosmetics and skin care company, Shiseido. The flavors are inspired by the iconic bottle of Shiseido’s best-selling serum—the Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate.

This ice cream has an enjoyable strawberry flavor with an infusion of hibiscus. It’s sweet and fragrant, with a tart, tangy edge. It also contains two grams of hydrolyzed collagen per serving.

PREPARATION AND PAIRINGS

Delicious to enjoy on its own, the Kurīmu Strawberry Glow is also great with a drizzle of strawberry syrup, or chocolate for a little contrast. You can also use it to top strawberry desserts, like a strawberry pavlova, or a strawberry shortcake.

Kurīmu only uses the best ingredients, and each tub of ice cream is carefully crafted. They toast and hand-pound black sesame seeds for their Black Sesame Ice Cream, and meticulously cook caramel and soy sauce together for their Shoyu Caramel. Storage Instructions

Kurīmu Ice Cream is freshly churned daily, and contains no preservatives. Keep it fresh by storing it at the back of your freezer (where it is coldest), and making sure the lid is tightly shut, to prevent moisture and other contaminants from getting in. It is best consumed within 2-3 months.
