Tasting Notes from the Curator

Dark and purplish-blue in color but glowing.The nose reveals notes of ripe fruit with a slight vegetal notes typical of blackcurrant buds. Very fruity mouth, intense taste of blackcurrant berries enhanced by the recognizable note of blackcurrant buds.

Its ripe fruit flavor makes this easily enjoyable over crushed ice or can be used to make cocktails such as Kir Royal (with Champagne), Teresa (with Campari & Lime Juice), Diane Keaton ( with Bourbon, Vermouth and Angostura Bitters) and many more.

Storage Instructions

Store your unopened bottle upright in a cool, dark place, ideally between 0 and 12°C. Refrigeration is not necessary, but since cream liqueurs are generally consumed cold, the fridge makes for ideal storage. Unopened bottles of cream liqueur have a shelf life of 2 years. Once opened, the bottle should be consumed within six to twelve months.
