Golden colour with fine amber/copper shades.Sweet and unctuous nose, typical of the pod. A very pure taste of vanilla seeds enhanced by the perfume of pod and a slightly spicy note.

Parings

This Vanilla Liqueur is best enjoyed pure on ice or mixed in with cocktail concoctions such as Sweet Leah (with Apple Juice, Fresh Cherries and Brut Champagne) and Pomme Frappée (with Calvados, Ginger of the Indies, Green Apple Syrup and Apple Juice).

This sought after Vanilla Liqueur has won Silver Medal at the Masters Liquor 2016 by the Spirits Business Magazine.

Storage Instructions

Store your bottle upright in a cool, dark place, ideally between 12 and 15°C. Unopened bottles can last for an indefinite amount of time, but the closer you get to the bottom third of the bottle, please consume quickly to prevent oxidation and taste alteration.
