Deliciously small fruits with juicy flavor are turned into a sweet and sour puree that is perfect for you baking and cooking needs. A year-round cherry flavor, if you will.
TASTING NOTES FROM THE CURATOR
The Capfruit Cherry Sour Frozen Fruit Puree is made with the Oblachinska variety of cherry, which are small fruits, but with a firm and juicy flesh. This puree is a beautiful blend of sweet and acidic, and is unpasteurized, and sweetened with granulated sugar.
