Grown and processed with painstaking care under shade through the red honey method, these roasted on demand coffee beans have an aromatic profile, fresh and intoxicating. It’s full-bodied and strong, with fruity notes of dried fruit and raisin, and a beautiful cacao finish. Delicious!
PREPARATION AND PAIRINGS
The Curve Hardwork Helen Ampucao Naturals Roasted Coffee is perfect for espressos and stronger brews. It shines bright when paired with some sweet desserts, like cake or ice cream.
This coffee comes in whole beans that are roasted on demand, and will need to be ground. A general rule: the finer the grind size, the more extraction you get. The coarser the grind, the less extraction.

Store your coffee in an opaque, odor-free, airtight container in a dry, dark place at a cool room temperature. It’s best to consume coffee grounds within two weeks. Freshly roasted whole beans retain their freshness for up to one month.
