Michel Cluizel’s dark choco­lates take the smooth­ness of these cacao bars to a whole new lev­el. Free from soy lecithin, these choco­lates have a pur­er, more assertive­ly intense taste.

Each bar in this curat­ed col­lec­tion blends the smooth­ness of dark choco­late with Michel Cluizel’s choice fla­vor-enhanc­ing notes. 

  • The Noir Café 60% (Dark Cof­fee) bar is infused with the sub­tle tobac­co and cof­fee hints of a fine Brazil­ian Arabica. 

  • The Noir 63% Écorces d’Orange (Dark Orange Peels) bar con­tains care­ful­ly cho­sen orange peels that give it a dis­tinct aro­ma and tangy cit­rus notes.

  • The Noir de Cacao 72% bar sits smooth­ly in the mouth with a touch of bit­ter­ness to its fin­ish, and emits a woodsy, almost licorice-like scent. 

  • The Grand Noir 85% bar com­bines the intense fla­vor of pure dark choco­late with hints of roast­ed chest­nut and the tang of roast­ed coffee. 

  • Final­ly, the Noir Infi­ni 99% bar con­tains cocoa’s deep­est, dens­est notes in their purest form to sat­is­fy the most ded­i­cat­ed choco­late connoisseurs.

Pair your deca­dent dark bar with the sweet-tart­ness of berries or cit­ric fruits for dessert or shave a lit­tle extra rich­ness into dish­es laced with papri­ka, pep­pers, car­damom, or saf­fron. Storage Instructions

Store your choco­lates in a cool, dark place, ide­al­ly between 18 to 24°C. You can use the refrig­er­a­tor, but place the choco­late in an air­tight con­tain­er to keep the mois­ture and humid­i­ty out — and retain its full range of fla­vors, of course!
