Each bar in this curated collection blends the smoothness of dark chocolate with Michel Cluizel’s choice flavor-enhancing notes.
The Noir Café 60% (Dark Coffee) bar is infused with the subtle tobacco and coffee hints of a fine Brazilian Arabica.
The Noir 63% Écorces d’Orange (Dark Orange Peels) bar contains carefully chosen orange peels that give it a distinct aroma and tangy citrus notes.
The Noir de Cacao 72% bar sits smoothly in the mouth with a touch of bitterness to its finish, and emits a woodsy, almost licorice-like scent.
The Grand Noir 85% bar combines the intense flavor of pure dark chocolate with hints of roasted chestnut and the tang of roasted coffee.
Finally, the Noir Infini 99% bar contains cocoa’s deepest, densest notes in their purest form to satisfy the most dedicated chocolate connoisseurs.
PREPARATION OR PAIRINGS
Pair your decadent dark bar with the sweet-tartness of berries or citric fruits for dessert or shave a little extra richness into dishes laced with paprika, peppers, cardamom, or saffron. Enjoy the smooth, decadent taste with sips of fortified wines like port, stout beers, or a sweet Sauterne. Red wine enthusiasts will enjoy the higher cacao percentages with a Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot, while the lighter end of the dark chocolate spectrum goes well with Zinfandels or Syrahs.

Store your chocolates in a cool, dark place, ideally between 18 to 24°C. You can use the refrigerator, but place the chocolate in an airtight container to keep the moisture and humidity out — and retain its full range of flavors, of course!
