Perla Nera, or Black Pearl, by Gima Caffe is a blend of beans from six countries, and has a high percentage of arabica. It’s a medium blend Italian espresso with a moderate strength. It’s velvety and sophisticated on the palate, with a delicate taste, and notes of fresh fruit, chocolate, and caramel. The Gima Caffe Bar Selection Perla Nera is a great coffee, with a wonderful balance and sweetness.

Storage Instructions

Store your coffee in an opaque, odor-free, airtight container in a dry, dark place at a cool room temperature. It’s best to consume coffee grounds within two weeks. Freshly roasted whole beans retain their freshness for up to one month.
