Soalheiro Alvarinho – This Alvarinho from Soalheiro boasts a lovely citrus hue, fresh fruity flavors, and a medium acidity. This wine is extremely tropical and dry, with undertones of minerals.
Chateau Gantonnet Bordeaux Rouge AOC – A fine Bordeaux wine matured for a year in stainless steel vats and consists of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc. It has a pleasant aroma of red fruits, and a very smooth mouthfeel and mild tannins. On the palate, there are some flavors of cherry and blackberry as well as vanilla and flowery notes.
Beaumont Dangerfield Syrah – It has peppery and smoky characteristics on the nose. With cherry aromas and delicate tannins, it has a full-bodied, complex palate. The Beaumont Dangerfield Syrah is a well-balanced wine that tastes earthy but is also light and crisp.
These wines all pair well with cheeses and cured meats. The white wine works best with soft, mild cheeses, and sweeter, lighter meats. The reds are great with Spanish cured meats and stronger cheeses.
