Sourced from deep within the Dolomite Mountains in Northern Italy, where temperatures remain a constant 8°C year-round, Santa Vittoria Sparkling Water is lightly carbonated, refreshing with both low minerality and alkaline orientation. It is suitable for both casual and fine dining.

PREPARATION OR PAIRINGS

Whether you take our sparkling water with or without a classic lemon twist, it’s delightfully filling and refreshing. But a little splash of sparkling water in your pancakes, waffles, or even egg scrambles adds a surprising lift to the battery concoction. Also, a quick soak in sparkling water will soften vegetables, cutting down boiling time and ensuring they retain more of their vitamins and nutrients.

PURITY AND ARTISTRY

Santa Vittoria’s promise of purity is exemplified in the image on their logo: Alexandre Cabanel’s 1863 rendition of The Birth of Venus. The food service company Cantarella Bros chose the painting to depict the timelessness of the brand and the natural pureness of the waters the source from.

Storage Instructions

Unopened bottles of sparkling water can be kept in the pantry. Once opened, they can be used and refrigerated without losing their quality for 2 or 3 days. Beyond that period, they will lose their fizz.
