Échiré Butter AOP - The shelf life of the Échiré Butter is 2 months, kept refrigerated. Shelf life can be prolonged by freezing.
Godard-Chambon & Marrel Bloc of Duck Foie Gras - Unopened tins of foie gras can be kept in the pantry for up to 4 years at a temperature of 10 to 15°C. Once you open the tin, transfer the foie gras into an airtight glass container and it will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Bring it to room temperature before serving.
Pommery Moutarde de Meaux - Keep in a dry dark place. Packaged in a beautiful stoneware jar, Pommery Mustards have an exceptional shelf-life. Its stoneware pot prevents UV light from passing through as does its cork stopper sealed in wax. You can easily keep it for two years in a cool dry place even after opening. Refrigeration is not necessary.
Les Volets Pinot Noir, Pays de la Haute Vallée de l’Aude - Store unopened red wines in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 16 to 18°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
