Some of our richest and tastiest meats are included in The Carne Bundle. This is perfect for the meat lover; and you’ll have both starter and entrée option, as well! The Carne Bundle includes La Prudencia Iberico Back Ribs, Senorio de Montanera 100% Iberico Bellota Morcilla, Godard-Chambon & Marrel Bloc of Duck Foie Gras, and a bottle of Chateau Gantonnet.
Start off your meal with some appetizers in the form of slices of morcilla sausage, and some duck foie gras smeared onto warm bread. For your entrée, the La Prudencia Iberico Back Ribs are brilliant barbequed with a sticky glaze. Pair everything with a glass of the Bordeaux.
Your cut of Iberico ribs comes frozen and vacuum packed. Store in freezer. Thaw only when about to cook. Cooked leftover meat can only be kept in the fridge for 3 to 4 more days. Consume immediately.
Unopened tins of foie gras can be kept in the pantry for up to 4 years at a temperature of 10 to 15°C. Once you open the tin, transfer the foie gras into an airtight glass container and it will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Bring it to room temperature before serving.
This type of sausage may be stored for up to 6 weeks (if whole) in your pantry and indefinitely in the refrigerator (whole or in vacuum-packed slices). After opening, they should be used within 3 weeks.
Store unopened red wines in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 16 to 18°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
