If you’re keen on enjoying a little bit of everything from Spain, then this is the set for you. Indulge with the finest of all hams, the Montaraz Jamón Ibérico de Bellota. Comes in 100g, vacuum-packed, ready to be eaten and enjoyed. This all-natural ham is created by a four-generation family in Salamanca and has been a well-kept Spanish secret for over a century.

If you have a few slices of crackers, have some Conservas de Cambados Sardinillas (Baby Sardines) in Olive Oil, selectively harvested baby sardines preserved and packed by one of the finest canneries in Northern Spain.

To satisfy the need for cheese, indulge in this Cavalleria Nova Extra Viejo Artisanal Mahón-Menorca DO, a full-fat raw cow’s milk cheese with intense flavors. Mahón is traditionally eaten sliced with black pepper, tarragon, and olive oil or marvelously drizzled with honey such as Muria Thousand Flowers Honey, the nectar of a thousand flowers, gathered from the floras of the Spanish countryside of Taraggona, Catalonia, Tereul, Valencia and the whole Iberian Peninsula.

Drink away with a glass of Viña Zorzal Rosado Garnacha 2019, a lovely young wine, a representation of a traditional Navarrese rosé. Clean, fresh, and delicately floral, with prominent wild berry and pink peppercorn notes. It has a strawberry scent to it, typical of rosés made from Garnacha grapes. On the palate, it tends toward the dry but fresh side, with only the mildest of bitter hints and an amazingly long finish on the mouth.

Montaraz Jamón Ibérico de Bellota - Store in the fridge.

Conservas de Cambados Sardinillas (Baby Sardines) in Olive Oil - Store your tin in a cool, dark, and dry pantry. Unopened, it will last up to 2 years. Once opened, consume your preserved fish within one or two days and keep leftovers with the oil in a sealed container in the fridge.

Cavalleria Nova Extra Viejo Artisanal Mahón-Menorca DO - Cheeses (except brined ones in jars) should be stored in the crisper or the butter drawer of a refrigerator, not on the shelves themselves. This is to help regulate their temperature and humidity levels—and prevents the formation of mold. Once opened, they should not be kept in their original packaging. Though hardening with age, Mahón is still a pressed cheese, so it should be treated as one. Soft cheeses with delicate rinds need to breathe, so they are best placed in glass containers lined with paper towels to absorb extra moisture. Leave the lid open a tiny bit for air to circulate and don’t forget to write up a label with the date you first opened the package. Your cheese will be fine for up to one month.

Viña Zorzal Rosado Garnacha 2019 - Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 5 to 7 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
