Riofrìo Organic Caviar - With its pearly grey colours and its subtle flavours, the Organic Caviar by Riofrìo is an amazing caviar, served in its distinctive glass jar. Its roe is large and terse, and well defined. This is a perfect caviar to taste by itself. This caviar comes from the Acipenser naccarii, native from the Guadalquivir, the pristine river that gives its water to the Riofrìo farm.
Soalheiro Alvarinho - From the beautiful Melgaço region of northern Portugal, where hot days alternate with cold nights, Soalheiro’s Alvarinho has a beautiful citrus color with fresh, fruity aromas and a moderate acidity. On the dry side, this wine is intensely tropical, with mineral notes beneath it. The grapes are manually harvested in small batches, all to concentrate the quality of the grapes and allow good evolution in the bottle.
Caviar - Store in refrigerator between 0 at 4c
White wine - Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
