Recipe

Melon & Parma with Burrata

  • Chill the melon, then slice into wedges or cubes.
  • Arrange melon and Parma ham on a plate or board. Let some slices curl naturally.
  • Optional: You may also wrap the Parma ham on each melon wedge, for presentation.
  • Gently unwrap the fig leaf burrata and place in the center, or the side of your serving dish.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, and add cracked pepper or fresh mint if desired.
  • Serve with crusty bread or eat as is—cool, clean, and completely satisfying.

Serves 2–3 as a starter or light meal.

Optional additions: Toasted pine nuts, Balsamic glaze, Chilled glass of rosé
