ARC Archipelago Botanical Gin

Rare Blend of Exotic

Enjoy a World Gin Awards Gold awardee, Arch¬≠i¬≠pel¬≠ago Botan¬≠i¬≠cal Gin that boasts of native Philip¬≠pine botan¬≠i¬≠cals which include fresh pome¬≠lo, dalan¬≠dan, cala¬≠man¬≠si, dayap, oranges, man¬≠go, Benguet pine, sam¬≠pa¬≠gui¬≠ta, ylang-ylang and kamia flow¬≠ers. Won¬≠der¬≠ful¬≠ly craft¬≠ed and cop¬≠per dis¬≠tilled in small batch¬≠es by the Philip¬≠pines‚Äô first authen¬≠tic craft dis¬≠tillery, Full Cir¬≠cle Craft Distillers.

Tasting Notes from The Curator

Arch¬≠i¬≠pel¬≠ago Botan¬≠i¬≠cal Gin or ARC Gin for short offers fresh high¬≠lights of pome¬≠lo and cala¬≠man¬≠si, with earthy corian¬≠der, savory juniper, pine and a round¬≠ing of man¬≠go on the nose. Hints of per¬≠fumed laven¬≠der are also evident.

On the palate, you taste fresh pome¬≠lo, dalan¬≠dan and cala¬≠man¬≠si, pine juniper spice. It main¬≠tains a flo¬≠ral dry¬≠ness from the angel¬≠i¬≠ca and chamomile, with notes of lemon¬≠grass, cin¬≠na¬≠mon and black pepper.

The finish is cean and balanced. Juniper, citrus, with cooling notes from lemon balm and spicy cardamom.

This mas¬≠ter¬≠piece of a gin is unfil¬≠tered and leads to cloud¬≠ing when prop¬≠er¬≠ly chilled‚ÄČ‚ÄĒ‚ÄČtru¬≠ly a fla¬≠vor you can see! Sim¬≠ply enjoy on the rocks, or in any gin cock¬≠tail of choice- a mar¬≠ti¬≠ni, gin & ton¬≠ic or negroni.

A Grandfather’s Legacy

The sto¬≠ry of Full Cir¬≠cle Craft Dis¬≠tillers start¬≠ed from a grandfather‚Äôs lega¬≠cy. A jour¬≠ney from Alsace to Saint Peters¬≠burg to the Pearl of the Ori¬≠ent, Mas¬≠ter Dis¬≠tiller Peter West¬≠fall arrived in Mani¬≠la in 1918 and found an oppor¬≠tu¬≠ni¬≠ty to apply his unique knowl¬≠edge and exper¬≠tise at a local brew¬≠ery. Tin¬≠ker¬≠ing with trop¬≠i¬≠cal fruits and botan¬≠i¬≠cals to extract their exot¬≠ic fla¬≠vors and aro¬≠mas, Peter‚Äôs ground¬≠break¬≠ing work led to inven¬≠tions that we endure today.

At present, the distillery is still owned by the same family who respectfully embraces the time-honored traditions of precision and craft, just as much as Peter Westfall’s own commitment to excellence and precision with handcrafted artisanal spirits.

Storage Instructions

Store your bot¬≠tle of gin upright in a cool, dark place, ide¬≠al¬≠ly between 13 and 16¬įC. High¬≠er tem¬≠per¬≠a¬≠tures will affect its fla¬≠vor and alter its taste. If you pre¬≠fer to drink your gin cold all the time, you may keep it in the freez¬≠er, as its ABV per¬≠cent¬≠age pre¬≠vents it from freez¬≠ing. Unopened bot¬≠tles can last for an indef¬≠i¬≠nite amount of time, but the clos¬≠er you get to the bot¬≠tom third of the bot¬≠tle, please con¬≠sume quick¬≠ly to pre¬≠vent oxi¬≠da¬≠tion and taste alteration.
