The Ferraton Pere et Fils Crozes Hermitage La Matiniere 2016 Made with 100% Syrah grape varietal macerated for 20 days, and matured in oak barrels for 12 months.
It has an intense and beautiful cherry red color to it. It’s a suave and full-bodied red wine, that is simultaneously rounded, soft, and juicy. On the nose, you get aromas of small red fruits, black currants, and plum, with earthy notes. And on the palate, cherries, raspberries, cassis, and acai berries.

Roaring Forties Lamb Rack comes in Frenched cap off option, perfect for any type of cook. Lamb rack is also leaner meat, meaning it tastes a little sweeter than other cuts, but still has a robust and full flavor.
Red wine- Store unopened red wines in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 16 to 18°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
Lamb- Your Roaring Forties Lamb comes frozen and vacuum packed. Store in freezer. Thaw only when about to cook. Cooked leftover meat can only be kept in the fridge for 3 to 4 more days. Consume immediately.
