### Do you offer same-day delivery in Manila?
Yes. In-stock items can be dispatched across Metro Manila the same day. You can shop everything available for same-day delivery on our Express Delivery page.

### When will I receive my order?
Every product page states its delivery schedule under the add-to-basket button. At checkout you can have everything delivered together on the latest available date, or split into multiple deliveries as items become available.

### What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, GCash and GrabPay, bank transfer to Union Bank or Security Bank (InstaPay works great), and Pond loyalty credits.

### How do you keep food fresh during delivery?
We respect the strictest international cold-chain standards. Your delicacies are prepared by our logistics team and delivered in an insulated box to keep everything at the right temperature.

### What is your returns and refunds policy?
Because most of what we carry is fresh and perishable, items generally cannot be returned once dispatched. If anything ever arrives not as it should, contact us and we will make it right.

### Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes. You can buy personalised digital gift certificates for any amount and send them instantly — see our Gift Certificates page.

### Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes. We create bespoke corporate gifts at any scale, with a guided Gift Creator to build the perfect hamper — see our Corporate Gifts page.

### How can I reach you?
We are at your service every day, from early morning to late in the evening. Reach us by chat or email and we will handle everything for you.
